The Organizing Committee, taking into account the importance of this participation, offer to this companies an exclusive way of participation wich will be described as follows:


PATRONS OF SYMPHOSIA


Recognition as Patron of Symposium in the Call for Papers, Preliminary Program and Final Program, wich will be delivered to each interested person. Exclusive sponsoring of one Symposium. This service includes all logistic aspects such as: room rental, simultaneous translation and audiovisual system. Speakers expenses and air tickets are not included. Patrons will be able to work together wich the Organizing Committee to develop this special session.


PATRONS OF PLENARY SESSIONS


Recognition as Patron of a Plenary Session in the Call for Papers and Preliminary Program. The lectures will be given by professors invited by the organizing committee. A special session will be organized, with no other paralell activity. This service includes: rental of the room, simultaneous translation and slide projection.


SPECIFIC COURSES


Recognition as Major Sponsor in the Call for Papers/Preliminary Program, which will be delivered to each interested person. Recognition as Sponsor of a Main Theme. The lectures will be given by professors invited by the organizing committee. This service includes all logistic aspects such as: rental of the room, simultaneous translation and audiovisual aids.


PROMOTIONAL SERVICES


INFORMATION DESK

At the congress venue there will be an information desk staffed by competent personnel to provide guidance to participants and accompanying members concerning the location of meeting rooms, timetables, scientific and social events, etc.



OFFICIAL PROGRAM

Each participant will receive a copy of the congress official program with details of the scientific and social activities. Back cover, the two inside covers and inside pages will be available for advertising.



BRIEFCASES AND PENS

Each registered participant will receive a briefcase with the congress logo, containing congress material and a pen. The sponsoring company may advertise on the lower left section of the briefcase and on the body of the pen.



SIGNPOSTING

Indicating signs will be placed in the venue of the congress (main rooms, exhibition areas and common places).



NOTE PADS

Each participant will be provided with a note pad, to take notes during the meeting, with the advertisement of the sponsoring company.



E-POSTER SESSIONS

Poster presentations will be organized daily at the destinated area. The sponsoring company may place its logo at the e-poster board.



SHUTTLE SERVICE

A shuttle service will be provided to transport participants. The sponsoring company may place advertisement with its logo in each bus.



COFFEE BREAKS

It will be organized for all participants twice a day. The sponsoring company may place a sign with its logo at the room.



CONGRESS DAILY BULLETIN

There will be printed four newsletters to be delivered to all participants. The sponsoring company may advertise in all pages.



CALL FOR PAPERS. PRELIMINARY PROGRAM

Each interested person in the congress will receive the Call for Papers and the Preliminary Program of the congress containing general information, details of the scientific program, social events, tourism information and the call for papers.
Back cover, the two inside covers and inside pages of both of them will be available for advertising.



ABSTRACTS BOOK

Each participant will receive a copy of the congress abstracts book, containing the papers presented during the congress. Back cover, the two inside covers and inside pages will be available for advertising.



PROMOTIONAL POSTERS

It will be printed to promote the congress The sponsoring company may advertise of each poster.



BADGES

Each participant will receive an identity badge with the advertisement of the sponsoring company.



SUGGESTIONS

Any suggestion for other types of cooperation not mentioned here are welcomed and will be evaluated by the Organizing Committee.



SOCIAL PROGRAM

WELCOME COCKTAIL

This will be organized for the participants and accompanying mem- bers the first day of the congress. The sponsoring company may dis- play signs with its logo all over the room.



ARGENTINE NIGHT OR PERFORMANCE AT THE COLÓN THEATRE

It will be organized for all participants and accompanying persons. The sponsoring company may display signs where the Organizing Committee designated.



CLOSING DINNER

It will be organized for all participants and accompanying persons the last day of the congress. The sponsoring company may display signs with its logo in the room.
